经济日报北京1月19日讯 记者曾金华从财政部获悉：2016年至2017年，财政部会同农业部、银监会大力推进全国农业信贷担保体系建设，成立国家农业信贷担保联盟有限责任公司，推动各地完成省级农业信贷担保公司组建，并已进入向下延伸分支机构、开展实质性运营阶段。目前，一个多层次、广覆盖的全国农业信贷担保体系已初步形成。
截至2017年11月底，全国28个省区市及5个计划单列市已组建省级农业信贷担保公司，并以办事处、分公司等形式设立市县分支机构189个。共计实现在保余额263.5亿元，平均每个担保项目金额67.56万元，主要担保对象是农业适度规模经营主体。
